Château Phélan Ségur opens its doors for a tour of the estate, a journey through its history, and a tasting of its finest vintages…
With its unique architecture, breathtaking views over the Gironde and noble terroir, Château Phélan Ségur is a classic landmark. From vineyard to cellar, a tour of the estate reveals the spirit of a family, the terroir of St Estèphe and the secrets of Phélan Ségur winemaking. The tasting, conducted by a Château manager, includes a vertical selection of 3 vintages.
The Château is open by appointment only, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., every week from March to October, and from Monday to Friday the rest of the year.
In the Vineyard Manager’s boots
This interactive tour allows you to discover the world of our Vineyard Manager in the heart of the 114property’s hectares of vineyards. He will share with you the many sides of the winegrower’s craft, with his natural passion.
Secrets of the Cellar Master
After a tour of the cellar, the most interested can deepen their knowledge during an expert preblending tasting from barrels made by our different coopers. A rare and unique experience in the company of our Cellar Master. A tasting of a mystery vintage can also be offered.
